From October 1st 2008 all residential properties being marketed to rent require an EPC. Your EPC will then be valid for 10 years. If your property has been continually let since before October 1st 2008, it will not require an EPC until it is marketed for rent again. There are some exceptions - so, if you are unsure about whether you require an EPC, contact us.
